A meeting dedicated to the development of the mentorship system and the successful adaptation of newly hired employees was held at the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Chief Mentor Saule Kissikova presented an introductory presentation entitled “Welcome Book”, which helps new employees learn about the Hospital’s activities, corporate culture, values and internal standards. From May to July 2026, the adaptation programme covered 60 newly hired medical staff members.
Deputy Director of the Polyclinic, Zhazira Tungishbayeva spoke about the importance of adhering to the principles of medical ethics and deontology, emphasizing that respectful treatment of patients, colleagues and the medical profession is the foundation of high-quality medical care.
During the meeting, mentors shared their experience in supporting new employees throughout the adaptation period. Employees who had successfully completed their probationary period also shared how the support of their colleagues had helped them adapt more quickly to their new workplace, gain confidence in their abilities and become part of the larger team.
