At the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, another meeting was held dedicated to the development of the mentorship system and support for newly hired employees. Mentorship is an important component of the organization’s human resources policy. It helps new employees adapt more quickly to work processes, master professional standards, become integrated into the team, and confidently begin performing their duties. A significant role in this process is played by Category II Mentors, who not only share practical experience but also contribute to the development of corporate spirit, professional responsibility, and commitment to the organization’s values. The results of this work were presented by Bagdat Mukashev, Head of the Building and Facilities Maintenance Service, and Galymzhan Nurtazayev, Head of the Heat Supply, Cold Supply, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Service.

During the meeting, employees who had successfully completed their probationary period shared their impressions of the adaptation process, highlighting the important role of mentors in their professional development and integration into the team. The event was concluded by the Head of the Human Resources Management Department, who emphasized that the further development of the mentorship system remains one of the most effective tools for ensuring the continuity of professional experience, strengthening corporate culture, and building a cohesive and highly qualified workforce.
