A meeting of Collegium of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been held at the capital. A number of actual issues of the Republic’s healthcare system have been discussed at the Collegium, attended by the Minister of Healthcare, Vice-Minister, Heads of regions’ Healthcare Administrations and Head Physicians of Republic’s medical institutions.

The summative stage of the Collegium was a visit by Heads of regions’ Healthcare Administrations to medical institutions with implemented advanced practices for demonstration purposes, for further scaling up and use in their work.

During familiarization visit, a delegation from the Ministry of Healthcare visited Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Check-up unit. Meeting of delegation started with demonstration of introductive presentation about the Hospital and discussion of implemented innovations. During the visit to Check-up unit, the delegation had noted the high level of patients’ admission and examination, high-tech equipment.

In turn, employees of the unit shared their experience of performing certain range of diagnostic services within a short period of time and producing overall conclusion with complete recommendations of highly-qualified specialists.
