Saule Ryspayeva, a laboratory paramedic at the Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, won a competition dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and organized by the republican innovation center “Zhana Kazakhstan.” Following the competition, she was awarded the “Honorary Nurse in the Healthcare Sector” badge. This award is a well-deserved recognition of more than a quarter of a century of dedicated work, professional competence, and commitment to the medical profession.
Saule Ryspayeva began her career in 1995 at the Tselinograd Regional Tuberculosis Dispensary, where she worked as a hospital attendant. In 1997, she graduated with honors from the Akmola Medical Institute and continued her professional career at the bacteriological laboratory of the Akmola City Infectious Diseases Hospital. Her commitment to professional development throughout her career enabled Saule Ryspayeva to obtain two specialized degrees. In 2004-2005, she studied at the Institute of Nursing and earned a bachelor’s degree, and in 2005-2006, she successfully completed a program in nursing management leading to higher education.
Since 2015, she has been working as a laboratory paramedic at the microbiology laboratory of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the pandemic, she actively participated in organizing the work of the PCR laboratory and units responsible for receiving biological samples, making a significant contribution to ensuring continuous laboratory diagnosis of infectious diseases. Since 2024, she has combined her practical work with teaching: she conducts training sessions for young specialists and participates in staff development. In addition, she is the author of a methodological guide in the field of laboratory diagnostics.
The Head of the Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory, Diana Bekakhmetova, also received special recognition from the organizers. She was presented with a letter of appreciation for her comprehensive support of the specialist and assistance in her participation in the competition.
