On the eve of Medical Workers’ Day, employees of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan stepped away from their usual work routine and joined the “Together for Health” marathon. By completing the 3.8-kilometer distance, they once again demonstrated that caring for health begins with leading by example.
For those who help patients maintain their health and quality of life every day, it is especially important to find time for their own well-being. Participation in the race was therefore not just a sporting event, but also an opportunity to highlight that good health is built through simple yet consistent habits - movement, physical activity, and mindful self-care.
Doctors, nurses, specialists, and employees from various departments of the Hospital took part in the event. Team spirit, a positive attitude, and a shared commitment to a healthy lifestyle, values they promote to their patients every day, united all participants.
Taking part in the marathon once again confirmed that health and well-being are an important part of medical professionals’ lives. Every day, they help patients preserve their health and, through their own example, emphasize the importance of physical activity, prevention, and attentive self-care.
The race took place in an atmosphere of unity, support, and good spirits, providing participants with renewed energy, positive emotions, and an opportunity to spend time together outside their usual work environment.
