Introductory meeting for newly recruited medical staff was held at the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The meeting was attended by employees hired during the period from November 21 to December 31, 2025. A total of 20 new employees took part in the event.
The welcoming address and the presentation entitled “Welcome Book” were delivered by the Chief Mentor of the Hospital, Saule Kisikova, who introduced the mission, values, and key areas of activity of the institution.
The Deputy Director of the Polyclinic, Zhazira Tungishbayeva, spoke about the principles of medical ethics and deontology, emphasizing the importance of professional responsibility and respectful attitudes toward patients.
Information was also presented regarding work with employees who have completed their probationary period. Category II mentors A. Tussupbayev, K. Zhakenova, A. Smailova, and A. Toktorbayeva presented the results of adaptation and ideological mentoring activities.
The event became an important stage in integrating new specialists into the corporate culture of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in strengthening team interaction.
