Saumal is mare’s milk

Nomadic people knew about the medicinal properties of saumal. The unique and optimally balanced composition of mare’s milk biological components makes this product an important complex component of the prevention and treatment of diseases of various etiologies. It improves immunity and tissue respiration. It helps slow down the growth of malignant tumors, improves tissue regeneration and blood circulation, increases male potency, prevents colds, and increases hemoglobin. β-lactose present in mare’s milk is a bifidogenic factor that normalizes the microecological status of the intestine and is actually a bifidogenic and lactogenic prebiotic. The enzyme lysozyme contained in mare’s milk not only has an antibacterial effect, but also has anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. Mare’s milk is indicated for almost all respiratory diseases - chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, pleurisy and bronchiectasis, especially tuberculosis. This property of mare’s milk is associated with the rich composition of linolenic, linoleic and arachidonic acids, which negatively affect the reproduction and growth of the tuberculosis pathogen - Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The healing drink is recommended for diseases of the stomach, liver, intestines, skin, for immune system disorders, and for the treatment of peptic ulcers. Positive results have been obtained when using whole mare’s milk in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver. Mare’s milk differs in composition from other types of milk of animal origin. It is as close as possible to maternal milk and belongs to the albumin group. While the milk of other domestic animals belongs to the casein group, albumin, like the one that is the basis of mother’s milk, is a finely dispersed (whey) protein and is absorbed much better. Therefore, common milk is digested faster and is characterized by a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, exerting a certain immunostimulating effect, which is explained by the presence of a significant amount of linolenic acid of the omega-3 family.

Another common element of mother’s and mare’s milk is tryptophan. This amino acid improves mood and performance during the day, and improves sleep quality at night.

As for the fatty acid composition, the fat contained in mare’s milk is the best animal fat in nature. Due to its specific finely dispersed structure, it is broken down and absorbed by the body as quickly as possible. The therapeutic effect of mare’s milk is manifested in acute catarrh of the gastrointestinal tract and chronic diarrhea in infants.
