About the Department

A structural subdivision of the outpatient clinic of the Republic State Enterprise «Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan». It is intended for providing treatment and diagnostic services to patients on a fee-paying basis. It is located in Block F on the 2nd floor and operates from 08:00 A.M. till 07:00 P.M. on weekdays and from 08:00 A.M. till 02:00 P.M. on Saturdays. Appointments are conducted by specialists of the therapeutic and surgical services. They are highly qualified specialists with extensive practical experience in outpatient settings, proficient in all methods of diagnosing and treating patients and in providing emergency medical care on an outpatient basis.

The Department Provides

Reception of patients and provision of qualified medical care
Treatment and diagnostic procedures
Pre-employment mandatory medical examinations and periodic mandatory medical examinations, as well as medical examinations for travel abroad and driver's medical commissions
Hospitalization according to indications to the Hospital's inpatient departments
Reception of insured patients under concluded contracts
Comprehensive diagnostic examinations (Check-up) aimed at assessing health status and early detection of diseases and risk factors.

Check-up Programs

Check-up Premium-1, Check-up Premium-2 and Check-up Premium-3 are comprehensive examination programs for men and women aimed at assessing health status and identifying diseases and risk factors, with individual recommendations provided.

Therapy, Cardiorheumatology, Endocrinology, Neuropathology

A systematic approach to the examination of diseases of the internal organs (respiratory system, cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract, endocrine organs, skin diseases, etc.)

Diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases; follow-up care of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve replacement, surgery for congenital heart defects, and radiofrequency ablation
Early diagnosis and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy, chronic heart failure, coronary heart disease, arrhythmias, refractory arterial hypertension, myocarditis, and endocarditis
Early diagnosis and treatment of connective tissue diseases and autoimmune diseases
Prescription of genetically engineered biological therapy
Emergency diagnosis of acute cerebrovascular accident (stroke); diagnosis of diseases of the peripheral nervous system, cranial nerves, movement disorders, degenerative and demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, epilepsy, and psychosomatic conditions
Diagnosis and treatment of endocrine disorders, individual selection of therapy, and prevention of endocrine disorders

Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

Diagnosis and conservative treatment of ENT diseases
Endoscopic surgical interventions on an outpatient basis, removal of nasal polyps and growths of the pharynx and ear
Control of nosebleeds, diathermocoagulation of blood vessels
Minor surgical interventions: punctures, opening of abscesses and furuncles
Intranasal and intra-aural blocks
Non-puncture method of treating purulent maxillary sinusitis, irrigation of the maxillary sinuses through the natural opening
Diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss and tinnitus, audiometry, tympanometry
Diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal diseases
Rehabilitation after ENT surgeries

Dermatovenereology

Dermatoscopy of skin neoplasms, diagnostic tests, scrapings from skin, hair, and nails
Testing for urogenital infections (PCR, ELISA, DIF)
Treatment of skin, hair, and nail diseases and sexually transmitted diseases

The ophthalmology office is equipped with devices for diagnosing pathologies of the anterior and posterior segments of the eye.
