On February 25-26, 2026, Medical Days of the Medical Center of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place in the Turkestan Region. Within the frames of the outreach mission, doctors from the Hospital of the Medical Center conducted consultations for residents of the region, provided practical medical assistance, and performed complex operations using modern technologies. Over the two days, specialists consulted 212 patients and carried out 12 surgical interventions. Each patient received recommendations for further treatment and follow-up care.
The delegation from the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan includes: Rinat Kamiev, arrhythmologist of surgical department No. 5; Abylai Seitkaliev, vascular surgeon and head of surgical department No. 7; Amir Suleimenov, proctologist of surgical department No. 4; Nazira Alibayeva, cardiologist of surgical department No. 5; Galymzhan Zholdanbayev, neurologist of primary health care department No. 1; Kuantkan Zhabagin, PhD, associate professor, senior physician of the Nuclear Medicine Center, nuclear medicine physician and oncologist; Aisha Barlybayeva, leading specialist of the department of professional education; Altyn Nurpeissova, head of the clinical pharmacology department; and Adil Adreshev, gynecologist of surgical department No. 8.
During the mission, unique surgical procedures were performed at regional medical organizations. Gynecologist Adil Adreshev performed a Burch urethrocervicopexy, two promontofixations, and a sacrospinous fixation. Proctologist Amir Suleimenov performed a hemorrhoidectomy with V-A anoplasty and a Doppler-guided hemorrhoidal artery dearterialization with mucopexy.
Particular attention was given to the educational component. 9 training seminars were conducted for regional healthcare professionals, with 302 specialists participating. During the master classes, modern methods of diagnosis and treatment, issues of implementing new medical technologies, and the development of scientific and practical cooperation were discussed.
The organization of the Medical Center Days helped enhance access to specialized medical care for residents of the Turkestan Region and strengthened professional cooperation between medical organizations.
