



A meeting was held at the Hospital with newly hired employees. As part of the event, an introductory presentation on the institution's activities was given by Chief Mentor Saule Kisikova. During her speech, new staff members were introduced to the "Welcome Book," which contains important information about the organization's structure, mission, and corporate values. The meeting was for employees hired between August 30 and September 30, 2025.
Information was also presented on the work conducted with employees who completed their probationary period in June of this year. Category II Mentors shared the results of the new employees' adaptation, focusing on the guidance provided regarding corporate culture and professional conduct within their departments. Both the mentors and the employees who had finished their probation were given the floor to speak. They shared personal impressions, feedback, and suggestions for improving working conditions and the onboarding processes.
During the meeting, issues concerning staff retention were also discussed. Ruslan Kabdulinov, Head of the Human Resources Management Department, provided a brief overview of the current situation and outlined future strategies for retaining personnel.
The event took place in a constructive and friendly atmosphere, helping to strengthen team interaction and support the corporate culture.
